PROPERTY PULSE · AGENT CIRCLE

Your clients stay yours. Your tools get better.

Get a free agent-branded home-value page, CMA workflow and client follow-up workspace. Eligible Space Coast Realtors can also request personal review for a small future shared-opportunity pilot. The pilot is not automatically included with signup.

No payment required to join PropertyPulse. No purchased leads, guaranteed leads, financial referral rewards or automatic shared-lead access.

USEFUL FROM DAY ONE

Tools worth using even while lead sharing is paused.

Agent Circle is built around everyday client service, not points or login streaks.

Your branded home-value page

Publish your own agent profile and invite homeowners to request a review directly through your page. Inquiries originating with you stay in your workspace.

CMA Studio and client follow-up

Prepare agent-reviewed home-value reports, save drafts and manage recurring property updates. Preliminary estimates are not appraisals or guaranteed valuations.

My Week and professional recognition

See actionable client work first, track genuine activity and choose whether earned PropertyPulse distinctions appear on your public profile.

SMALL, OWNER-REVIEWED PILOT

How an agent may be considered for shared opportunities.

The lead-sharing pilot is separate from your free account and requires explicit, individual permission before any offer can be made.

1. Join and complete your profile

Verify your account email, enter your active Florida license and brokerage, finish onboarding and choose your Florida service areas. These are agent-provided details, not proof of licensing approval.

2. Request owner review

Open your private Opportunity Desk and ask to be considered. The owner separately reviews license and brokerage permission. A request does not mean acceptance or create any offer.

3. Decide whether to opt in

If approved, you independently choose whether to participate, your Eastern-time availability and optional private offer-email alerts. You can pause participation without losing clients you already own.

4. Wait for owner pilot activation

The owner must separately confirm two participating agents with overlapping coverage, a functioning scheduler and homeowner-sharing disclosures. No historical inquiries are transferred into the pool.

CLEAR RULES

What participation does—and does not—mean.

The optional Brevard-area pilot, if enabled, would offer a newly consented generic homeowner inquiry to up to three eligible, available agents for ten minutes. The first valid claim wins. Before claiming, agents see general service area and request type, not private homeowner details. Independent, agent-generated inquiries remain with their originating agent.

No client count, transaction volume, business outcome or eligibility for shared leads is guaranteed. Recognition measures verified PropertyPulse activity only; it is not a license verification, sales-performance ranking or brokerage endorsement.
