We accept one business per named profession in our countywide sponsorship inventory. The complimentary placement is the specified Homebuyer Toolkit or relocation-hub ad—not automatic inclusion on every website or every Realtor’s preferred-vendor page. When a profession is taken, the next business can join the waitlist instead of buying a competing sponsor position.
We protect Brevard employers and participating Realtors by confirming each new applicant controls their contact email before allowing a submission into the review queue. No account or password is required.

The profession sponsorship is the core product. City and premium placements are optional upgrades reserved for existing exclusive profession sponsors.
One active sponsor owns the named profession position in the PropertyPulse countywide sponsorship inventory. The included placement is specified in writing; Realtor Preferred Vendor pages are an independent program.

See premium add-onsPlanning values are illustrative internal estimates for potential future advertising, not previous selling prices, verified fair-market values, or proven savings. All sponsorship placements are complimentary during our community launch. No card is required and there is no scheduled paid conversion. Future fees require a new affirmative written agreement. Profession exclusivity applies only to defined sponsored inventory and cannot guarantee referrals, leads, transactions or endorsement. Mortgage-adjacent and settlement-service advertising may require fair-market-value and compliance review before activation.
